Visage Revised offer 2 return options

You can return your product for store credit in the full amount.

You can return your product for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Special Order garments attract a 50% restocking fee.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or credit products must be returned within 3 days of receipt of the garment.

The garment must be in the same condition as when dispatched, with original tags still attached.

Sale items are only returnable for credit and not a cash refund.

Sale Stock purchased as ‘Faulty’ will not be eligible for a refund and all sales are final. Stock will be carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Special orders are non exchangeable based on change of mind.

Due to monitor differences and variations in photography lighting, background content etc variations in colour and texture may not be evident. A refund or credit will not be issued based on colour or texture inconsistency.

Credit notes will be valid for a period of 12 months only from date of issue.

Fine Print

Product credit can only be used for purchasing Garments or Footwear. It can not be used towards shipping costs.

Balances on credits are not redeemable in cash.

All online orders must be handled through internet customer service, not at our physical location.

Refunds and online merchandise credits will be issued the same day item is returned.

Customer is responsible for return and reforwarding shipping charges.

The dress must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.

Any item that is not in the same condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded.
